The theoretical training provides the basic understanding of wire bonding technology and goes far beyond the content of simple equipment training. For maximum flexibility and an even more lasting learning effect, you can also complete your training online over a period of several weeks. Here you will receive continuous support and have particularly ample room for individual questions. The online training is currently offered in German and will start in English in the second half of 2022.
Our facilities are equipped with all wire bonding technologies and testing equipment. Each device can be connected to large monitors via cameras, so that even during a practical exercise with several participants, no one has to fear sitting in the last row.
In combination with software such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, the cameras can also be used in online training. This way, practical exercises can be integrated and processes can be simulated live.
